Chef-Owner Bryan Gillenwater offers innovative American cuisine in Texas Wine Country, featuring a welcoming atmosphere. He uses a wood grill to season locally sourced meats and seafood, drawing inspiration from his East Coast experiences and New Orleans classics. The menu changes weekly with seasonal ingredients, so try the appetizers and leave room for one of the six desserts. Founding Rhyne Wines in 2024, she is an artisan Fredericksburg winery focused on Rosé With 36 years of French Winemaking she is offering a variety of wines, including red, and rosé, produced as single-varietals with Grenache and Merlot focus. Sourcing fruit from select growers and the estate vineyards, they have emphasized warm and hot climate varietals in their lineup as blends and single varietals. Consulting upstart wine projects is a part of her work as a winemaker consultant. She exited Kuhlman Cellars and has a testing lab for winemakers in the Hill Country. She also teaches for the trade.
